Refund policy
We are happy to accept any returns if your purchase arrives defective in material or workmanship. Please note that all products must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags. We are happy to refund you the cost of shipping any damaged products. To receive a refund, you must email hello@spencerdevine.com with return tracking # within 5 days of receiving your order. Custom order bags are final sale.
We regret that we cannot offer refunds or returns for international purchases, but are happy to replace or resolve an issue in the rare case of a defective product. Please email hello@spencerdevine.com for all inquiries.
